This home is being built by the architect, constituted of the larger house being the main house for the architect's family, and the smaller house as a rental home on the same property. 

The design offers beautiful simplicity, focused on minimalism and bringing out the quality of each materials used. 
The two houses are currently well under construction, we hope to share complete photos later this year.
