MAKE Architects was founded in 2013. We work in the fields of residential architecture, commercial architecture and public/community space designs.

Based in New Zealand.

MAKE Architects is focused on creative, all encompassing design solutions tailored to our clients expectations. Typography of site and the characteristics inherent in project approach is all part of the collaborative and iterative design approach taken with every project.

Work produced by MAKE is considerate of clients wants, site context, spatial functionality, materiality all of which follows through to a finished product, delivering beyond the obvious and the conventional to create places unique and special to New Zealand. MAKE has an active design response to health and wellbeing, with consideration to light, textural qualities of materials and space. A growing NZIA registered practice MAKE architects continues to grow with the diverse range of projects undertaken.

His approach to design is always creative thinking to project specific requirements and his architecture centres around people as the end users.  Kenneth also has a passion for engaging communities. He is co-founder of a Community Trust working with teenage youth in South Auckland.  He enjoys collaboration in the process of developing design and social solutions.

Senior Architectural Designer

Mark’s work draws from over 10 years of architectural practice ranging from educational, commercial and high end residential projects. His project work shows a consideration for the transition of light and juxtaposition of materiality throughout. Mark treats documentation as a design project in its own right, it is his belief that design collaboration throughout the process with both client and most especially other disciplines and contractors leads to a successfully delivered and considered design.
